What are the alternatives to Flippa?

my site has been sold recently. I used Investors.Club

Waited for 10 days before the site was listed, but they have very detailed Due Diligence or whatever they do.

Also, I waited for 20 days before receiving an acceptable offer.

To sum it up, it was a good experience. The people I have spoken with are always eager to help.

There's really nothing decent & practical.

Empire Flippers is great if you have Elon Musk money, or Flippa if you want to buy some trash site, that's been botted to make it look like it's legit (when it's not).
Flippa at one time was decent (like 10 years ago), but now it's crap, unless you are trying to scam someone, then make you too can put your worthless website on it and try to find a sucker.

I agree with you that flippa has a lot of bad websites listed, but if you do a little work on sorting them you will find what you need.

Hi, how come you chose investors.club did you have a bad experience on the other sites?

I am basically just getting into my end of first year trying domain flips. I sold 3 hand reg domains on Afternic SEDO nothing Dan nothing.

Also I personally have never tried listing here but I have been a member for nearly 20 years
multiple internet related forums I wont say the names out of my resect for this site.
but I bet if you google terms like online forums domain auction it will show you a few.

Namecheap and godaddy auction are there but no one knows how good they are.

Lots of options above work if the site is turnkey and doesn't require a lot of work. If the site requires work, juts find the relevant niche forums and post in their marketplace. You'll get a lot of interesting folks but be really thorough in your terms so the buyer knows what they are getting and what you're willing to transition (training, documentation, etc). Also, if you use a niche forum and their marketplace, you can usually find an escrow service or ask one of the mods to be escrow administrator. That helps sell sites a lot easier as it removes the fear of getting scammed.
