For domain selling, there are Sedo and GoDaddy auctions, Empireflippers is the best option to sell websites but they only accept the high quality/aged websites with good revenue.
What are the alternatives to Flippa?

Honestly the amount of eyeballs you get on sites like Flippa is more than majority of the sites listed on some of the replies on this thread

I used Investors Club to sell my last site. They have a 5% commission compared to others and the process was very smooth, I would recommend them.

The problem with Flippa alternatives is that they tend to cater to sellers who already have well-established or high-value websites.
But, if you're just trying to sell a starter site or a newly set up website, there is really no alternative.
Flippa is the only game in town for the lower end of the site-flipping market.
With that said, if you are active on forums and they have a certain subforum where you can sell websites, you might want to try that. This forum has such a section.
Of course, you have to pay a fee the same way you would with Flippa.
But, the great thing about selling through forums is (depending on how the fee is set up and what is covers) you can pay once for a period of time and sell different sites.
Again, this varies from forum to forum.
With Flippa, you have to pay a fee to list your site. If it doesn’t sell, then you have to pay another fee to relist it.
Keep this in mind when looking at the “successful” site flippers on that platform.
Don't assume that they sold their starter site on their first try.
In many cases, depending on market conditions and how things are going, they probably were only able to unload the site during their 2nd, 3rd, or even 4th try.
Believe me, those listing fees do add up.

Very true. No starter sites those guys counting Millions of dollars on single transactions over there at Empire Flippers.
I watched those guys travel the world while building that business. Sold Auctions are like a Free University on what to begin building now.

You need to wait for the right bid. Selling a simple domain will not be good. Connect domain to the hosting.
