Hi all,
I’ve been researching Spotify botting and want to know if it remains viable in 2022. I have a very specific use case that I want to satisfy, so if anyone knows if what I want to do is possible please PM me or ask me to post in the marketplace thread.
I am a musician, posting my own tracks on Spotify - I want to generate only enough streams to trigger the algorithm and get placed onto discover weekly. My tracks are very high quality and generate organic streams, saves and playlist adds already. I am simply looking for a way to hit the algorithm without investing $1-2k on social media ads.
As part of this, it is imperative that my account isn’t banned, as these are real songs which I post on my own account. I’m aiming to grow a fan base and get paid off of algorithmic, real streams. I essentially want to use the bot just to kickstart my track off and have it placed onto the Spotify algorithm. Is this possible or advisable as a course of action?
Thanks a lot!

I am in the same situation as you. I'm still researching, but feel free to PM me to exchange ideas.

Don't do it ig. This isn't 2016 and since you definitely don't want losing your account it's not a good idea to try to bot streams.

Spotify has gotten better at detecting botted streams and has been banning artists since the last 2 years. This is especially dangerous for small artists because they don't have the saturation not artists and a lot of botted streams can easily be spotted by Spotify. It's all about "keeping it natural".

If yours were a churn-and-burn account that you had no problem with getting banned, maybe you'd try. If you really want to take the risk, go ahead. Be warned tho that there's actually a decent chance now that you can get banned. And it will only increase over the years.

There are better ways to market your music. Grow your organic audience, do giveaways and stuff, do outreach etc

If you want to risk a bit, you can use JAP or its alternatives. But if you don't - you can try another platform to work with. btw, you can try buy ads and run this time to run traffic from JAP in parallel, than the botrate don't gonna be so high. Good luck bro!

What is JAP?
To be clear, I’m currently getting around 100 organic streams per day and I’d only want to increase it to around 300.

Thanks for replies all!!

if it's not good for you - search 'jap alternatives'. I can advise to you smmpanel(dot)net/ . Good luck!

Don't bot your music. You will get banned. Like was mentioned before, Spotify and the distributors have started cracking down over the past few years. It is not worth it. Your money is better spent on ads.

This is not a good idea at all, you can use different ways to promote, maybe a less expensive ad format than soical media, but bots will definitely get you a ban

Seriously, payment comes after 2-3 months. Which means after spending your resources on botting, you have to wait 2-3 months before getting paid. Anytime in between your account can be ban and no payment would come. Which means 100% losses. Not a viable business model to be honest. ROI is way too low.

This used to be a great way to make some easy money. But between Spotify and the distributors, they've are now able to detect even a few dozen botted plays and block your account without payment. I hear Tidal is a viable option though.

There are bots for spotify, but in the long run it can be harmful.
If you do research, you will see panels that provide spotify bots.

Not a single spotify service on JAP that I have tried pays out royalties. The streams happen but spotify does not pay the royalties on them. I am having a last try with a couple of other companies I have been reccomended but so far zip zero. Conversely however, the tolerance before you get banned is very high. I tried 100k a month in the first month on one account and didnt get banned! And the bot activity triggered the algorithm so i then got legit algo streams which did pay out and now have 11k organic monthly listeners on that account. So it can sometimes still work in that way but I think that was quite lucky. Overall so far bot streams are dead. If the last few services I am trying work I will update here

There are hundreds of panels doing spotify services but spotify can detect them and wont pay out. Your streams go up but you dont make any money

Plenty of people are still botting Spotify. You just need to be using a well made bot that has full fingerprinting for each account used. Use 4G proxies as residential proxies are recycled.
If bots work why do smm panels not use them?

Because Panels get immediate cash when they sell a service. If you wait for payout from Spotify, it takes 3-4 months. And in between there is a big risk of account being ban and zero payout.
