Google Update - May 27th 2022 - What I Have Noticed

MarketMuse
That's very interesting post! Thank you for sharing!!

As a side question, do you have experience with all of those programs that you mentioned? (i.e., market muse, wordmetric, clearscope). It seems like the main difference is that each uses a different AI engine, and I wonder how much that matters.

Just wondering if anyone has any real world data with these tools. Not surprising, they make them sound amazing. lol

Google lives quality content. People get attracted by quick money through spinned content or other shortcuts but it does not last longer.

What I Have Noticed is: I lost a lot of Keywords..., but for those I have, they are ranking.....bah....

Yes, was getting 500-700 impressions with a few clicks and now 0 clicks, 30 impressions...
Today how is the situation? For me the same.... Is better in this thread we keep informed each together...

People want to see the DMG rather than read it, IDK what to do honestly because I am clueless. That was an authority website with 65+ Articles. Multiple authors, No AI/Spam content and Every new post I made on the site got indexed and ranked within minutes.
Not trying to sound like an asshole, but how is a site with 65 articles considered an authority website? Keep publishing more content, and I'm sure it will bounce back. Also, make sure to drop a couple of backlinks here and there in the future to boost your authority.

The site is in english or italian?
I ask because all local sites that I monitor haven't lost any rank.
Only English websites have been tanked.

I too have noticed local sites haven't been affected. Just national sites

Hi guys, I just thought I would share my findings up to now.....

Content quality seems to be the determining factor in my rankings.

I have 2 websites.

1 site is losing rankings (good quality content)

1 site is gaining rankings (best quality content)

I wrote the content for both of my websites.

My second site (the one that is gaining rankings) has better quality content than the first (since I got better at writing over time).

This could just be coincidence, but its something I've noticed.

Maybe this is to combat websites pumping out tons of mediocre AI content ?
yeah there might be chance of it
