For me is a disaster....
How about my stats? Lost about 95% of keywords overnight. No manual actions, nothing in GSC. From 120k impressions down to 1k impressions.

People want to see the DMG rather than read it, IDK what to do honestly because I am clueless. That was an authority website with 65+ Articles. Multiple authors, No AI/Spam content and Every new post I made on the site got indexed and ranked within minutes.
Rankings drop are expected, some keywords drop are also expected but google dropping the whole website from rankings, Nahhh! Something's surely messed up at Google's end.

So far, I have lost about 90% traffic on one site. Meanwhile, another has lost about 50%, while the rest remain unaffected.
I think I have finally defeated Google, the secret is to have many projects. That way, you some going up and some going down. It's a win win.
Forget all the write quality bulls××t, and every other nonsense. They all don't matter bcos so many shitty sites are currently killing it.
Just create your best content, optimize on page seo as well as build some quality backklinks. Forget every other crap Google or anyone says, there are no rules.

What's your main way of building backlinks?
My (only) site has gone 50% down, and while I'm still hopeful it will bounce back, I already went ahead and started another one. Will try to diversify, though being only me not sure how much I can write. However, seeing how more and more people suggest quantity may actually be more important than quality, and also AI so, hope to push out content faster.
I use PBN, guest post, niche edit and even forum links.
Obviously, you can't write it all. I hire writers. I only write for one site, the rest are written by others.

Hein...If they were videos from another site, I would agree with you, but they are Youtuber videos that out of 5, only one or two are relevant.
I will wait to see how this behaves, if in the end it stays as it is, I will have to upload videos to youtube.
