You can do all of this or buy a stealth account already made with a completely random name that won't tie back to you.

I'd much rather not use my name and let the experts do it

Also do you have any way on how to overcome the 21 day money hold which happens on new accounts? I had a guy that could receive money on new accounts without hold, he then transferred the money to his main account and he was chargeback free. He didn’t reveal his method though.

I actually managed to do this myself one time I don’t how how the fuck it happened, but I was unable to recreate the process. I created a brand new account, customer sent me money and I was able to use the money instantly instead of the funds being locked for 21 days. Would be awesome if you have a procedure for this.

Family and friends option doesn't have 21 day hold.

Same country PayPal sending don't deduct charges.

Well my paypal is ban and i would like to get a new one.

I believe you still didn't asnwer the question regarding utility doc.

You ask to choose a random correct address and whenever paypal asks proof of adress not to provide fake docs ?

Even we declare we traveling and living europe they still asks proof of identity. So ?

Anyway i am not willing to do this as its not legit at all... just collecting information for my knowledge ..

I’m talking about receiving $ as Goods & Services without 21 day hold on brand new accounts.

1. Create PayPal stealth accounts.
2. Sell PayPal stealth accounts
3. Teach other people to create PayPal stealth.

THINGS YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW:

1. Your first and last name are just OKAY, You don't need to change the document in anyhow or photoshop as you have heard previously - this is wrong info to force you to buy PayPal Stealth accounts from other sellers.

Upon Paypal asking for document ID the only thing you HAVE to do is to retake pictures of the SAME DOCUMENT you sent last time. I know it looks risky, but have a lot of PayPal accounts in my own name and they are all running fine.

This is because Paypal doesn't store your picture at all, it only looks at the image, if it seems legit - they approve. The only thing they store in their database is the image metadata - so if You are going to use the SAME image from your computer it will end up in suspension because they will catch You. Cropping images, making lighter/darker effects on the current image doesn't work 100%. To be safe - TAKE a NEW PICTURE OF YOUR ID, DRIVER's LICENSE, OR PASSPORT.

2. Your date of birth also stays the same, even though you were suspended before.

your name and date of birth are NOT the values where PayPal can link up your accounts. There can be multiple hundreds of people with the same names and dates of birth. So don't worry about it.

3. You register Paypal COM in a Europe country. You can actually pick any of them, it's all the same. ( currency will be whatever you want, you can withdraw your EUR USD GBP or any other currency to VISA CARD without a conversion fee. If you wish to withdraw money to your Bank account ( only IBANS are accepted in EUROPE) this means your funds will be converted to EURO. So to save money on the conversion fees, use a VISA card to withdraw, it's only a one-time FEE. (BEFORE WITHDRAWING - write to support, to change particular VISA card currency to the one you wish, it's very easy, no tricks for there)

4. Choosing the location of your PayPal Stealth account
You have to pick a location that is storage, houses, and shops ( not well known of course) and make sure the zip code is right for the location you chose. Don't choose random address that doesn't exist or Hospitals, large supermarkets, etc.

5. You will need VCC to confirm the account or a standard VISA card to confirm your details. For this scenario, you can actually buy VCC or use your own banking card. The address on the banking details can be different, it's fine, but make sure the ZIP codes are the same ( you can change banking details info in the settings of any banking app)

I highly suggest using WISE or ICARD - as they don't provide ANY info to Paypal, just your name, so your account will be confirmed immediately. Also, WISE and Icard provide virtual cards ( WISE - unlimited amount, iCard- up to 20) So there will be no issue with your visa card when creating a Paypal account.

After you understand this part right here's a step by step things you have to do in order to create a PayPal Stealth account

1. Create a new user on your computer ( mac or windows) - You can also use VPS, but it's totally fine to use separate user on your computer.
MAKE ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS TO THAT USER AND NAME IT PROPERLY ( DIFFERENT THAN OTHER YOUR ACCOUNTS)

2. You will need the new IP address and dynamic IP works well there. ANY VPN is good, as long as it's fresh and matches the country of your registration location. So if it's Germany, order Germany location VPN, and make sure it's fresh.

3. New email, new phone number ( that country phone number you are registering) - new VISA card or VCC
THAT'S WHAT WILL BE ASKED DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS.

4. You will not be asked for documents upon registration, only on very rare occasions, if this happens. follow the steps above with your document, retake pictures and upload pictures to PayPal. it will pass verification unless you will photoshop it. so make sure you upload real documents.

if You are not a Europe citizen it's totally fine. You can register an account on PAYPAL COM with Europe address and declare it as you are a USA citizen, living in EUROPE. They don't care, even if you are from PAKISTAN, they only care that you are in EUROPE NOW.

HOW YOU WILL USE IT - IT'S BASED ON YOU. DID IT FOR MANY YEARS, SHARING, BECAUSE EBAY IS NOW USING MANAGED PAYMENTS, SO IT'S NO LONGER NEEDED FOR ME.

Hey recently it’s not possible anymore to open a new account in PayPal. What am I doing wrong? Each account gets banned after 1 minute. I didn’t even put birth or business information. Just Name adress and phone and email.

Where can I buy ready to use account? And which VPN are u guys using
 
What is VCC? Plz share some free VPN extensions for google! Can a banned country IBan works out ? I mean can we winthdraw money from paypal to a bank account of a country where they dont offer services? Regards.
 
This method will work, but I have lost funds on Paypal too many times. I need an alternative to Paypal.
 
its not that simple when money is in paypal... permanant limitation is the worth scenario may come often
