1. Do i have a own creditcard to run a ads? because fb ads is needed a creditcard to run an ads

2. What did you mean by no limit? Can i run fb ads like for example if i set my ads on daily budget like $100 for a whole month, my ads is still running even i dont pay the remaining bal?
