Best Performance/Speed Web Hosting Providers in 2022?

Hello BHW fam, how are you all ?

I already have a website on Namecheap which I plan to move from because it sucks and I'm looking for best web hosting providers to move and expand building up more websites.No I'm not talking about Cloudways or Vultr I'm not there yet,I'm looking for shared hostings which are cheaper and faster.I researched on this topic but can't find some real data except this guy https://onlinemediamasters.com/fastest-wordpress-hosting/ I'm not affiliated with him I just saw this blog post that provides real tests. There are many to choose from I see hostinger as a good provider speed wise but I've read some bad reviews that they have hidden fees charging for cloudflare,ssl and also 2x renews.I'm thinking about Dreamhost but don't know if they have LiteSpeed or not.

I'm pretty lost on this can I get any recommendations on this ?

P.S I'd be building blogs not e-commerce or some heavy sites.

I use dedicated server on namecheap and is oretty good ngk and their vps was really good too, for shared hosting i recommend hostinger cloud/shared plan.

I'm planning to build niche affiliate sites for the start I'm gonna learn slowly building these 2 websites and then add more niches later on as they grow I'll migrate to cloud hostings but for now I want speed. I don't know what and which to choose there are too many.

Ok, well for speed at $4-$5 per month, there is not much to chose from, you will be better of learning how to build speedy websites, since it would affect your speed much more at that budget, for example my profile website on this forum is fairly speedy on a very cheap host, if I would combine that site with a cdn like BunnyCDN it would be as good as any $4-$5 per month shared hosting, but at under $1.50 per month including a good cdn. But when it would pick up a lot of traffic, I would have to move it to much better hosting.

For your budget I woild spend time on making sure your site is coded well , no host will give you a lot of resources for your budget.
