I'm running a Video ads campaign on YouTube only. The CPV is 2 Rs ($0.02). I have used custom segments in the audience section with around 400-500 relevant keywords.
Weekly impressions when I hover on my audience: - 500M - 1B
But account is not spending enough money. It only spends 500-1000 INR ($6 to $13) maximum per day while I have kept a budget of around 52000 INR ($700) per day.
What can be the possible issue in my campaign?

You can look for bidding options you have set and change it to test it it starts spending. Or allow me to remove your account, I will check and help you resolve this issue.

Hey brother I am not running any Black hat or grey hat ads using the Google ads, but still, my account got suspended for the Circumenventingsystem policy. I am using Shopify to sell my products and I have a merchant center which is totally fine. So, brother please help me with it. I have a lot of hope from you please don't disappoint me, brother. Google ads do accept new domain. You just need to have the domain ready fully. It shouldn't be violating any terms and conditions. It's ok, if your domain is just new, You can run Google ads for your new domain.

My merchant center is still not suspended and my store is Shopify and I am selling home decor products. Also please tell me If I make a new Google ads account on new gmail id with new Debit card will it be fine to connect that merchant center to that newly created ads account.... Yes I created new account and used a manual payment method to add balance in the google ads account. As automatic payments are not available in India.
