I have been applying to AdSense with this website clashofclansupdate.info and have been rejected and their reason is scrapped content. Is there any way i can remedy this please??
Also am creating another website bestgametips.org and i fear same thing could happen! Help needed asap please!!!!

Hey, this thread is for Google ads i.e. Google Adwords and the question you asked for is specifically for Adsense.

Anyways, scrapped content means, you need to provide the fresh, unique and genuine content which is beneficial for readers. With your new site, make you add the fresh content and do not apply immediately after making the site. Keep promoting it to gather organic traffic first and then once you have enough traffic then apply for Adsense. You will surely get approved.

Basic info : i am using google premier agency google ads accounts -they give me access through fresh AWS RDP and new fresh pva email id.
But i got suspend many time with these type of single error massage like this -
1.circumventing system policy.
2.cheating system policy.
3.Your account has been blocked . Your account has violated a rule regarding system bypass.

How do you pay for ads as an agency, meaning that you run different ads for local businesses? Does all the payments come from one credit card or you can put clients credit card for their ads?

How reasonable is it for me to rank for a real estate agent in my local town, there are some reasonably strong competitors due to them using national franchises and benefiting from the main website.

However, my customers are very valuable 500-3k+ if lifelong customer the value is endless. How reasonable is it to assume I could pay for people to come to my website.

And is there a way I can only pay when they go on my website and submit a form? or is it general per click to my page.

Lets say I have a good website, quite strong SEO, good underlying service that has value, how would I go about setting up pay per click to have people request more info on my services?

if one of my website is banned (ads account suspended), will the information be crawled and compared to my new site? for example, my contact information for customers such as my address, email, and phone number listed on the webste. If i make a new website, do I need those content to be new and never used?

You can add your credit card. Collect money from client first and then add that money to your card so Google can charge you.
If you have an agency, you can create Manager account, link client account, each client account will have their own payment method added to their account which will be used to charge for advertisement.
This is the safest part. Although you can choose to charge yourself managing all your clients campaigns from a single account.

Hey i have question about prelanders, i know that adwords can flag prelander if we use it again and again (text and pictures used on prelander), is there any fast fix for this? New domain with same text and pictures wont help, or we can only change some words and change image hash and that will work?

And I want to reach out to the audience of competitor website which sells chairs too. But they are selling all kind of chairs including "gamer chairs". How can I create a remarketing campaign for the people who visited my competitor's website and searched "gamer chairs" on google?
My issue is when you are creating remarketing ads, you can add both URL and Keywords. But I want to connect them with AND condition. So far, I could not find an answer. However, I am sure there is a trick for it.

Keywords are same for the 2 different accounts. And I even use same ad text combination, one is running wel but another one keep disapproving
