i was surfing DP for microsoft topics and saw a thread that i think it is good for white hat seo here it is:

I've got to say, I'm kind of disappointed in this section of the forum. There really isn't a whole lot of information about Bing here. Personally, I think that Bing is a very important traffic source, especially if your site is blacklisted or sandboxed by Google. Also remember, Bing is going to show on Yahoo! search results in the future.

So here's some notes I've been taking for the last half hour or so. I will try and update this over the next few days IF I happen to find any more information or perhaps a real good case study. Keep in mind that I wrote these very quickly, and they are by no means complete. I'm just trying to stem some DECENT threads on Bing rather than the same 5 or so questions being asked repetitively.

Bing + Yahoo like keyword stuffing more than Google.

A bit of traffic from Google is way more than a lot of traffic from the others though - that' why G's king. At least for now.

I agree ^ I'm ranked #9 on page one of G for my target keyword. I searched yahoo today for the same phrase, and the first three pages are full of results with the keyword stuffed into the domain, url and headings.

I guess that's why most everyone made the switch.

Bing only makes up 10% max of the search engine market. IMO it's not worth it to focus on them any time soon.

Bing will take around 30 percent once yahoo and bing start their new agreement.

Bing and Yahoo perform and convert way better for me than G with some sites.
The advertising campaigns for Bing have been heavily seen everywhere lately.

Yea, so it is a good chance to begin with it
