I got my trial account and i was in need of a theme which i found on Deleted member 752298, asked to update the theme and Festinger update it for me.

Everything working fine in my account (Deleted member 752298) and my problem also get solved.
I was getting some error regarding few theme plugins and asked them to update the plugin, they just updated them for me and now everything is working fine. Support service is amazing and not too much need to write about Festinger as he is a very well known person here on BHW.

If you make WP sites on regular basis or running an agency then this is a very good deal for you, because he has mostly everything. And according to me support is more important than what you provide, He has great support too.

I got a review copy and I'd say this is a completely relayable service.

Over 7k total items available with most of the known themes and the widely used plug-ins there.

I downloaded a theme and couple plugins and they're working as expected. Other stuff I need is available, will download, test stuff and update my review. From what I'm finding till the point I expect no problems.

Lesser known themes might not be available but I believe Festinger can work this out upon request.

Gotta admit I'm a little salty for purchasing at $299 during the black friday sale when Festinger told me it'll never be offered again after that. If you're on the fence about the lifetime membership, this is probably the lowest price you'll get so go for it.

Everything is well-organized, and there are hundreds of premium themes and plugins that are always up to date.

The Plugin I was looking for was not updated since long but once i requested update through website,It got updated within 6-7 Hours only. Kudos to Festinger for that kind of work.

I was just browsing the collection of themes & plugins on the vault & I can literally say almost every known theme or plugin is available. I compared the files, and they are precisely the same as given by the creators, untouched and not injected with malware or anything else.

Only Feedback I have is I was not able to find answers to many of my queries & support ticket system has been changed to forum based support,which is kind of downgrade as per me. Creating a thread for every query is a big meh.

Other than that Deleted member 752298 is kind of heaven for all wordpress site owners & developers.
