Manual is the way to go, I don't see why you would risk your accounts using a bot in 2022

I still don't recommend to use public bots, only private ones.

how many instagram accounts per 4g mobile proxy can you run at the same time. Say i had 3 accounts i’ll running at similar times for about 8 hours on one IP. Then IP rotates for another 3 accounts then it runs for 8 hours. Then after 8 hours it rotates again with 3 new accounts. so is 3 accounts per IP at any one point bad??

Maybe I misunderstood you. I though you wanted to create accounts, scrape content, scrape users, follow/unfollow users, message users, ...
For posting videos you don't need a bot.

the things with commercial bots is that most of them have the same pattern, even if they rotate pattern its a bunch of same pattern again and again. The big platform like instagram in 2022 flag these fast as hell. To be sure of being safe(or almost sure) its to code your own bot with a large random pattern "switch case". You dont need phone emulator you can just put your fingerprints as a phone. No need 4g proxy absolutely as alotttt of phones use wifi most of the times(ex: work, home, etc) nowaday you can connect to wifi everywhere.
Important thing a found also is: alot of bots when commenting or writing something, it look like a copy/paste action. You should do it letter by letter.
Well there is alot of "you should do" but just keep in mind that we're in 2022. They r monitoring almost everything.
