Taxes when using friends Paypal account.

Hi everyone, i am new to this forum.
I am located in a third world country and Paypal is not supported in my country. I want to use it any way because many customers use it.
My question is, if i use a someone’s Paypal account from another country, does he have to pay taxes for the income? What if i am registered my business location in my country in the Paypal, and i just use his Bank account?
Is there any way to avoid taxes? Maybe if he shares a profit with me he pay taxes on only hos profit not mine.
Note: I know about opening business like LLC and opening a bank account… but the problem is I can’t open a US bank account remotely as because my country is restricted in the list. And i think maybe some other countries like UK may restrict my country to open a bank account.
My country is Iraq, and i want to use Paypal without getting suspended or banned in the future. I want to use it for a long term business. And I don’t want to use stealth account.

Which country?
For example in USA, untill 20k you are ok with PayPal. But if you earn more than 20k yearly PayPal reports that to IRS

Yes your friend will have to pay taxes.

Far as the government cares, your setup is not even a thing. They only see your friend making the $$$.

I searched for the banned residents to open a Swiss bank account but I can’t find the list in google. Please do you know if an Iraqi resident allowed to open a Swiss bank account remotely? Thanks.

Far as the government cares, your setup is not even a thing. They only see your friend making the $$$.

But can we provide a proof for them that i am the business owner and i only used his payment, and also he will be send all the funds to me everytime?
