so how could binance advertise there ,
and its whitehat , with video and everything

I think Facebook and Google allows crypto ads from companies who have so-called cryptolisence from some government, for example to provide wallet services, exchange services etc. For example Estonian gov among others issues such licenses.

Not cloacking (unless its an affiliate), can't imagine binance will do that, but as @HeadOfSeo they ae probably approved to do that

Crypto campaigns are still running on FB. Binance is a big brand. they link directly to FB and their campaigns are licensed from FB. so they can run campaigns completely normally

Most likely they run ads like an Agency and have a very huge marketing budget and that is why they have more loyal moderation of ads.

Binance is an Company which paying fb for Ads no matter if the fc is against Crypto but they are not against those companies who deal with crypto

I Think its all about reputation of binance
facebook give respect to binance maybe

Facebook always allows crypto ads if you have all the legit information you can refer to in the policy section
Furthermore, FB has relaxed its crypto advertising policy as we all know FB and GG have dipped their toes in crypto.
and we are still promoting crypto as usual
