(3) Give me custom pricing for a 22-24-page website, with mostly content refactoring (redoing existing content on a new site, reuse photos and videos, rewrite text etc.) - but no ecommerce on it
(4) Clarify whether you are using a premium WP theme with licenses (and what happens to my website if it is an annual license and your license expires)
