What Is Jr. Executive VIP?

I'd like to give my thanks for being added to the rank of Jr Executive VIP. It's extremely humbling and it really does mean a lot and was an extremely welcome surprise!
Congrats as well to @Rachmaninoff and @ContentExpert.

@Starblazer it's been quite a while since I've done a case study, think it's time to rectify that!

those that nominated me for the role
thank you to the community and those that nominated me
To clarify, Jr. Executive VIP is no longer a nomination-based role, as explained in the opening post.
Aside from that, there's no real method or strategy that guarantees you'll become a Jr. Exec as it's determined by a secret formula only the in-house staff members know (not a voting or nomination-based system like Executive VIP).

@Zwielicht @Ozzyzig -- execs got a down grade, you no this because i got in :D
then the world opened up and swallowed itself and we all went to the 4th dimension

We have two new Jr. Execs today:
  1. @davids355
  2. @Heiko
All of you may know them as our volunteer moderators here on Black Hat World. These two really go above and beyond their duties as moderators and members of this forum, so we only saw it fit that they became Jr. Executive VIPs as well.
when will you make yourself a jr exec?!

This is surprising. I thought Mods don't need to be Jr. Execs or Execs as we consider them above these ranks. Anyway, I find @davids355 and @Heiko to be helpful and friendly. They deserve the upgrades.
Mods are above those ranks, although the topic of them being upgraded was brought up by another staff member during a recent meeting. We felt like it was fitting that we check their accounts against the new criteria and upgrade them accordingly.

I was a Jr. Exec before I became a moderator, although you raise an interesting point: no staff member should be allowed to upgrade themselves. I've added that to the criteria since I want it to outlast me as a staff member.

Congratulations @RoiBox :)
We should celebrate the moment with Lemon Butter Fish :D
Thanks, Yes, that would be sweet, on top of this .. =)
Fantastic!
Yes, isn´t it .. A normal wierd member like me getting promoted. It shows that you just need to be nice, helpful and spread some positivity around the forum to be awarded. Everyone can make a change, to make this community the best on the whole Interwebs .. =)

Anyone can be kind to the people whom they have a purpose for
or the ones they can attain something from.

An individual's true character is measured by how well that person treats individuals
that cannot do anything for them and whose purpose is just being alive. That is where
you see who someone truly is.

Now as it relates to the forum that is answering that "silly" question a newcomer may
have, to show an ounce of kindness instead of just tossing them into the search bar.

Or

To extend some mercy to those who are not perfect.
The community can only stand to benefit when you think of a human behind a username
rather than just simply seeing it superficially.

RoiBox - I would say you oftentimes embody that so I would not sell yourself short. =)
