Browsing around the forum, you may have noticed some users with a light-blue username and a "Jr. Executive VIP" status, but just what the heck is a Jr. Executive VIP, anyway?
Well, Jr. Executive VIPs, also referred to as a Jr. Exec for short, are members of the community who have been recognised as the top contributors of the community in their own way.
Jr. Execs, in addition to their title and distinct username colour, also have access to their very own subforums. Essentially, Jr. Execs have their own little community inside of our community.
How Do I Become A Jr. Exec?
If you aspire to one day become a Jr. Exec, you'll need to be a Jr. VIP first as all Jr. Execs are expected to maintain a Jr. VIP membership.
Aside from that, there's no real method or strategy that guarantees you'll become a Jr. Exec as it's determined by a pre-defined non-public criteria only the in-house staff members know (not a voting or nomination-based system). If it's something you really want, the best advice I can give you can be found below:
Jr. Executive VIP Rules
If you do get invited to the Jr. Exec section, know that there will be additional rules you have to follow in order to maintain your status.

- Present yourself as a community leader by helping other members of the forum when they need it most.
- Stay out of trouble; serious and numerous warnings will decrease your chances of receiving an invitation.
- Consistently be an active participant of the community.

If you do get invited to the Jr. Exec section, know that there will be additional rules you have to follow in order to maintain your status.
- Jr. Executive VIP members are expected to maintain a Jr. VIP membership in order to keep their seat in Jr. Executive VIP.
- A Jr. Exec must maintain an engaged BHW account. Engaged means you're posting and working with other BHW members at the same level as when you were upgraded.
- For further clarification on this, any Jr. Exec who hasn't logged on in the last 6 months will be demoted. More examples will come later.
- Anyone caught leaking content from these sections will immediately lose their Jr. Executive VIP status, receive a warning, and be permanently barred from rejoining in the future.
- Nominations are not permitted for Jr. Executive VIP.
- Unbecoming conduct from a Jr. Executive VIP will result in a demotion. If you're ever unhappy with the forum, please request a demotion.
