Browsing around the forum, you may have noticed some users with a light-blue username and a "Jr. Executive VIP" status, but just what the heck is a Jr. Executive VIP, anyway?

Well, Jr. Executive VIPs, also referred to as a Jr. Exec for short, are members of the community who have been recognised as the top contributors of the community in their own way.

Jr. Execs, in addition to their title and distinct username colour, also have access to their very own subforums. Essentially, Jr. Execs have their own little community inside of our community.

How Do I Become A Jr. Exec?

If you aspire to one day become a Jr. Exec, you'll need to be a Jr. VIP first as all Jr. Execs are expected to maintain a Jr. VIP membership.

Aside from that, there's no real method or strategy that guarantees you'll become a Jr. Exec as it's determined by a pre-defined non-public criteria only the in-house staff members know (not a voting or nomination-based system). If it's something you really want, the best advice I can give you can be found below:
  1. Present yourself as a community leader by helping other members of the forum when they need it most.
  2. Stay out of trouble; serious and numerous warnings will decrease your chances of receiving an invitation.
  3. Consistently be an active participant of the community.
As previously stated, the only way to become a Jr. Exec is by following the three tips above. However, if you're a Jr. VIP, you can recommend another Jr. VIP you believe may qualify for Jr. Executive VIP using our thread titled, "Recommend A Jr. Executive VIP".

Jr. Executive VIP Rules

If you do get invited to the Jr. Exec section, know that there will be additional rules you have to follow in order to maintain your status.
  1. Jr. Executive VIP members are expected to maintain a Jr. VIP membership in order to keep their seat in Jr. Executive VIP.
  2. A Jr. Exec must maintain an engaged BHW account. Engaged means you're posting and working with other BHW members at the same level as when you were upgraded.
    • For further clarification on this, any Jr. Exec who hasn't logged on in the last 6 months will be demoted. More examples will come later.
  3. Anyone caught leaking content from these sections will immediately lose their Jr. Executive VIP status, receive a warning, and be permanently barred from rejoining in the future.
  4. Nominations are not permitted for Jr. Executive VIP.
  5. Unbecoming conduct from a Jr. Executive VIP will result in a demotion. If you're ever unhappy with the forum, please request a demotion.
Notice for pre-2021 Jr. Execs: Please bear in mind that in early 2021, the Jr. Executive VIP title was reworked to make it more inclusive to the rest of the community, and therefore the requirements and the members who meet these requirements have changed drastically alongside the Jr. Exec subforums. As you may already be aware, the original Jr. Exec usergroup had dwindled to fewer than 8 members due to an increasing lack of activity from the members in that section. Therefore, half of the old Jr. Execs were moved up to Executive VIP and the other half were demoted back to Jr. VIP or free membership if they did not have Jr. VIP, or they were demoted for one or more of the following reasons: a lack of activity on the forum, too many recent warnings, or a lapsed Jr. VIP membership. If you wish to become a Jr. Executive VIP under the new system, please follow the tips above as it is no longer a system where your peers can vote you in. Same title, different usergroup than before.

@Zwielicht this question is totally unrelated to your thread but i didn't know where to put it. Just out of curiosity... do mods and administrators get paid? If so, how much?

Hi,
@Zwielicht Is there anyone Jr. Executive VIP yet or it's new member sign which is going to be add with Jr. VIP members?

Actually it's simple answer that get paid with respect and love which all members are giving them. They are not getting any payment for doing all task, as a volunteer free of cost they are working for community.

So if you give them respect and love by heart, it means they get paid by you. :)

Jr. Executive VIP status has been on the forum for a while now. Members like @mudbutt, @Sherb, and @kasher9 are Jr. Execs; and prior to becoming a moderator, I was a Jr. Exec as well.
