As to chances to become an Exec, that is not really how that works.
Follow the rules, help out others in the community, learn for yourself and grow your IM enterprise.

Why is it a goal? I was honored to be invited, don't get me wrong, but I really doubt that I would have been invited if being promoted was my goal rather than a result of my actions.

I was just asking because i want to be valuable to BHW. That’s it. I just saw this and read the whole thread, and it made me think that one day I will also be very Executive. But a question arise I had a warning. You guys really helped me out, and now I have my answer. Thank you very much!

I promise you do not have more warnings than me and here I am as an Exec.
In fact, I dare say most Exec & Jr. Exec members have had at least one or two.
Warnings are not life-long punishments, look at them more as rule reminders.
Learn from them, be kind and helpful to others, and the rest shall fall into place.

You don't have to in order to become a Jr. Executive VIP, but it is still a nice thing to do.
