You can NOT buy a Jr.Executive or Executive membership, you need to earn it, a Jr.VIP you can buy when you meet the criteria though. About the warnings, I don´t know if it affects your upgrade or not.

As it clearly stated in first page of this thread.

Aside from that, there's no real method or strategy that guarantees you'll become a Jr. Exec as it's determined by a pre-defined non-public criteria only the in-house staff members know (not a voting or nomination-based system).

If it's something you really want, the best advice I can give you can be found below:

Present yourself as a community leader by helping other members of the forum when they need it most.

Stay out of trouble; serious and numerous warnings will decrease your chances of receiving an invitation.
