What Is Jr. Executive VIP?

Just to clarify, the decision isn't up to @Zwielicht nor is there a voting system. We have a set of criteria and if a member meets it, they get invited to Jr. Exec. Only a few people are being invited at a time at the moment.

As for the purpose of Zwielicht's thread in Jr. VIP, it's for members to post the name of someone that they believe is worthy of being a Jr. Exec. If they meet the criteria, they will receive an invite, and if they don't meet the criteria, then they won't. Multiple members posting the same users in there doesn't make them more likely to get in.

It's a great honor, and I am thankful to all the members of BHW as well as they really make the forum go. Again, I never thought I would be light blue, but I will do my best to help out in any way possible.

You guys that were promoted to Jr Exec need to check that subforum and it's subforums as we are going to be giving out freebies there on a somewhat regular basis.

over the years on bhw, turned everyone down. give anything for me to some one else.
 
We have four new Jr. Execs this week and we're waiting on a verbal confirmation from one other member:
We've combined some of the waves since this has been going well, so next week's wave will be the last one. After the wave next week, we will occasionally send out invites as members come to our attention.

Those of you who have been upgraded to Jr. Exec, ensure you read the agreement in the Jr. Exec section and congratulations once again!
