If I buy the 50k package, can you split the traffic over three urls?

Two of the URL's would need 20,0000 each and the other 10,000 to another URL.

Would you also be able to send the traffic so each URL has its traffic delivered over 30 days?

Lets say I have a CPA offer, would I have to give you a redirect to it or can you use the real url?
Because CPA networks dont allow direct linking, so are you using redirects or posting the urls somehow?
