Monetizing Japanese traffic (Preferably through native banners)

Hello. I have a Japanese video streaming and download website with 30~40k impressions/day and I'm looking for recommendations to properly monetize its traffic.
So far, the only decent experiences I had were with Google partners through Google AdX. The last ad network I was using disappeared (probably banned by Google for using auto-refresh) and I'm quite struggling with no relevant revenues.

My conditions preferably (any totally different recommendation is also welcome):
- No adult content
- CPM Native banners only

Does anyone know an ad network or a way to properly monetize such websites? (Do not recommend AdSense, I obviously got insta-banned)

Well, I know that he was banned. However, as u can see people are still using the network and suggesting it.

For me the issue was less that he didn't pay. Defence being that the advertisers did not pay him, so his network would not pay out.

Top networks take deposits and payout if the traffic is genuine even if the advertisers does not like it, but there is some merit in that defence.

For me the real issue was more his payment terms being 60 days net and taking 60 days to tell you your traffic was going to be rejected! The fact hooligan thinks that is acceptable is really bad.

Can you imagine if I went to a restaurant and ate everyday for 60 days and then said I am not paying the food is bad. They would lynch me and rightly so.

Unfortunately BHW cannot lynch people, so they ban you instead.

People don't get banned lightly, there is usually a lot more we don't know about.

You would have to be insane to do business with a former member who was banned for doing the very thing you are worried about happening to you.

Op don't touch hooligan with a barge pole if you are worried about being paid!

Already tested. Their CPM/CPC are HORRIBLE. Even with popunders, I had very low fixed CPM offers for Japanese traffic.
But well, they had friendly and patient managers at least which is worth the praise compared to most ad networks.

what about push notifications instead native banners? did you try them?

Same issue with Japanese traffic, the rates are too low. Not to mention that push notifications are toxic in my opinion. They're even worse than popunders.

in-page pushes are more friendly, But you're right: if you can find good CPM native banners - they may be show good results

Adsterra is horrible! I had no issues with Hooligan and rates much better
