Monetizing Japanese traffic (Preferably through native banners)

You mean you want to sell banner ads for your website, right? Can you tell us what type of users are the main visitors to your website?

Yes exactly. To summarize my stats:
- 30~40k daily page views
- 6~7k daily users
- 95% Japanese traffic
- 63% mobile traffic including 80% iOS
- 49% direct traffic and 48% organic
- Niche: entertainment (TV and music)

I'm using Hooligan media from more than 1 year without any issue. Other adx option is optad360.
For native banner, I guess Taboola give highest cpm that require 1 million impression in last 30 days.

Taboola is great for native ads, agree

I'm going to leave my feedback of the various AD networks I tried:
  • HooliganMedia (HM): As many recommended, I went with HM. CPM is good but support and payment terms are very questionable. They use a ticket system for support and it takes days (even weeks) to have a reply. My first payment was released after 42 days. The second was never released (71 days and still counting). They say that they are waiting for payments from their partners and based on other forum threads, https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/my-journey-to-50-with-a-quiz-site.1148863/page-106. I'm curious to know how is it going for other publishers. I will also keep this thread updated with this. I know that HM is quite taboo on this forum but I believe that many have the same concerns and would be interested to know if this network is worth the hassle.
  • PompeiMedia: CPM is not as high as HM but they have the best support a publisher can expect. They also pay on time.
  • Adipolo: I tested them for 3 days and quickly stopped. The CPM went down from 0.6$ to 0.09$. Usually it's a bad sign so I didn't bother wasting my time.
  • Ampliffy: a very good and serious Ad network. I'm using them for video ads. Always paying in time and with a stable CPM.
