Expanding music streaming to other services

Hi there, just joined the BHW community today. Really interesting information being exchanged here...You mind me asking the legal consequences for Stream farms? I can see some you have been doing this a while, you guys never encountered any legal consequences? I mean where do you cash out? I'm guessing Stealth accounts (Paypal, VBA's ect...) Looks like the payout seems to be the most "legal sensitive" area in this project.
I've got all the necessary skills and resources to start my own, but i'm just asking myself what the risks are here.
I wouldn't worry about legal consequences, it is mainly against TOS. The thing you need to worry about is spending a lot of time and money and after 3 months your streams doesn't count/pay.

what is tos?

the payout can be a hassle too, it happens that you have the money in ur account and the payout gets blocked...

Sure, i have already taken that into consideration. I think the most tricky part still is the payout method to cash out, my guess is to use a different Payout method for each individual "artist account". That means multiplying Stealth accounts, and this is where things can have serious legal consequences. Then again, the funds being to sent to these Stealth accounts are pretty "clean", it truly is a grey area...
Will have to think about it very carefully in order to avoid heavy (legal) consequences , losing money is not what worries me, it's bound to happen at some point. Thanks for your input.

You are really overthinking this.
I get what you're saying, the streaming part is "only" against their TOS. But if i'm not mistaken, in order to to cash out, i will need some sort of Fake Paypal accounts and/or VBA's that will be verified with fake information's and documentations. I may be a bit paranoid, but sending forged/fake information's to Banking institution can have real consequences. That's really the only part i'm not comfortable with.

Terms Of Service, the long text that nobody reads, just checks and proceed :) In most countries (maybe all) it is not an criminal offence to break against them, so you won't go to jail for breaking against the TOS.

Why can't you use your own information to create the accounts?

i agree on that

If you're setting up multiple Artist accounts to diversify the risk, you can't link them all to the same Banking information. Pretty sure this will get you banned very quickly. But yes, that would be the most "legal" way. But it won't work if you have many accounts.

There are plenty of free banking services you can use. wire. buns, tomorrow, Revolut, ... all in your name. They will check if the banking details are the same (maybe) but not if its the same name. Name is to random to get you banned. Different email and different SEPA Information and u are fine.

Regarding using real name or not, that is a balance between different risks.

If you use a false name, can't that cause problems if the distributor or banking service get suspicious and locks the account? Then you can't unlock it as easy as if you had your real name and can verify whatever they want.

The reason for having fake name would be to have multiple accounts with one distributor. But at the same time there are so many distributors out there.

On my cell phones i sometimes run into connection issues. they stop playing because of a short lack of good enough internet.
Could it help to download the tracks and play them offline?
Any experience?

now that looks interesting. are u using it?
Im new to UM been using DK and others. I had a statement this month for the first time at the 15. and comnected my paypl acoount at the 17. and still didnt get the payment but als didnt get any kind of fraud mail… anything i have to be carful about when withdrawing from UM ?
also noticed if i connect with any random emailadress it always automatically connects to my main paypl account email adress so i might always only connect one account at a time and pay out and after connect the next one i guess?
