Share your experience with working on PPC networks

Most of us have experience with Adsense (so do I), but there a a lot of networks like mediavine, adthrive, taboola and etc. which can be more effective than Adsense.

Can you share your experiences with working on these networks? Like how much is RPM, which GEO location pays more, what niche is the best and etc?

I personally have social accounts with 20,000,000+ followers and easily can forward tons of traffic on a website, currently I monetize through Adsense, but would like to test another network.
