Ordered 11 days ago and only got 13 articles so far.

He replied to me after a couple days "Here is 13 article, But i stopped cause you did not clear my last question"

I never got a question, so now I got to wait a couple more days for a reply.

He hasn't been active in this thread for a week.

Same here. Got only 20% to 25% content. Promised TAT is already over. DM messages not answered since they're here only once per week.

For me, there was no question or anything. It's just they didn't work after my initial feedback which was 2 weeks back. Now, really close to the TAT, I saw them working on just 3 articles. Now, suddenly today lost access to that spreadsheet totally.

DMed them already but know it will be a super slow reply considering they're here only once per week.
