But Facebook has unverified the Business Manager with a message stating that the provided documents were not authentic ! So that only means the documents YOU uploaded were false and that it is YOUR responsibility to fix this problem ! We all know that these verifications from Facebook can be done 1 day, 1 week or 1 month after buying the BM, so this "1 hour" rule is completely done on purpose to avoid any responsibility. I opened a thread on the Shit List in BHW concerning this matter.

And what about the "we respect them very much" part ? You literally speak with your customers like you don't give a damn by saying "are u ok?" and not wanting to fix the issue. You're clearly not professional.

They are legit Business Managers sellers, I am sorry for the previous messages in this thread as I was frustrated that I lost my money.
