Back in the days I was rejected 9 times before finally finding a trick that allowed me to use AdSense without a domain name... that account is still active until now but I switched to Ezoic...

Adsense is a hit or miss. Even if your site is perfect with lots of content it still can be disapproved. Make sure all your pages are in check like contact us, tos, about us etc. and apply again. Keep adding content at least once or twice a week and hopefully you'll get approved.
I've had sites with 100% spun content which were approved in just under a week and really nice sites with 100% unique content which wouldn't get approved at all.

Depending on your niche you may be better off without Adsense and have CPA offers or some other better paying options on there.

There is no minimum traffic. I've accepted with only 50 UV a day. Also not publishing new content around a month.
I don't know the exact process of approval. But make sure don't update your website until Mediapartners-Google (AdSense Bot) crawl your website. You can check it on Raw Access in CPANEL (if you use it).
IMO:
After the bot crawled it, I see on the Google Analytics Realtime tab, there is someone visiting my About Us, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer pages. etc. I can assume that's the second review step (by human). It means the bot accepted your content. And now it depends on the AdSense Team to approve it.

There's a myth that the 1st site you apply for Adsense always the harder. When you got approval for first site, following ones seem getting approved easier.
At least, from my experience I see it true.
Few sites of mine only have 10 posts (unique content 1000-ish words each) and essential pages. Got approved after few days.
But man, the first site I remember took a lot longer.
So my advice would be do your best quality content for 1st site you applying.

I wasn't sharing a method, but an opinion. Looks like propeller ads, adsterrra, and bunch of others also scamming users but have paid profiles, not banned, and allowed to comments, so why I am having an issue? Is that a personal forum thing or just mod misunderstanding?

The one that owns that service was banned for failing to do the right thing in a shitlist thread.

It doesn't look like it was lost, user decided to not be scammed by op and closed account here, seems like a win to me.
Not sure about that - I don't see their history, did they?

The user did not decide to be scammed.
The owner of the network did not pay them.
The owner was banned and his service is not welcome here.
Feel free to get clarification if you need it via PM because at this point the thread is being hijacked by both of us and neither one of us wants to do that.
