@Sweetfunny Hi, I made a purchase and tried contacting scrapebox contact form and [email protected] but no one is responding to my emails at all.

The software was purchased under an email that I no longer have access to. I tried to explain but nothing. I switched the default email to current and sent that email update.

I tried requesting a refund to do a repurchase but no one is even responding. I checked my spam ...NOTHING!

Hi guys, i`m desperate. no one from customer service answer to my emails.
I have scrapebox for some years now.. Is a very good tool with a very bad support team )
i have 2 problems:
1. I bought expired domain finder and i used it 1-2 years but few months ago he s gone crazy. i m using in romania to find .ro domain. I use it only on a site that i know that is having thousands of .ro expired domains ( i found them when was working and my partner have a licence too and i know for sure that on this domain are thousands of .ro expired domains). And now i find only .com,.net etc but none .ro. At a moment i uninstaled bitdefende antivirus and it worked again. I was so happy. But then, i installed bitdefender, the scrapper didnt worked anymore.Then i uninstal bitdefender and all firewasll and the scrapper was not working anymore. I uninstaled scrapebox, installed again, updated, and i done everyting with no luck... Help me cuz i m desperate!!

2.I bougt today email scrapper. It worked for some searches and the it didnt worked anymore. I hate it cuz it show me that are some errors but i don`t find error log....

We received your email at midnight regarding the Expired Domain Finder, we are still processing support emails from overnight and your Email Scraper plugin was already activated 14 hours ago.

Can you give an example domain the .ro extension is not working in the Expired Domain Finder so we can replicate the issue? Sounds like the issue might be Bitdefender and not ScrapeBox so it was working and not working based on BitDefender being installed or not

Same with the Email Scraper, you didn't mention this in your support email but do you have any more information we can actually use to help you? What search are you doing, scraping search engines, scraping a custom domain, scraping from an email inbox, scraping from files locally on your PC, scraping from a loaded list?

Anything more you can give us to help us help you? And save going back and forwards over several emails just to get details?

See, that is the same thing I am saying. But they get bad at me and to the point where I'm getting attacked...crazy. You cannot be an unhappy customer and you cannot voice your complaints. I think they need to grow up and stop attacking me. LOL

Right, you have a 10 year old sock puppet account with 4 posts and have trashed our sales thread, posted negative reviews, created another thread on BHW, created a shit list which was closed because it had no merit. Plus caused us hours of work, created multiple chargebacks and we wore the PayPal fees, cost us more then a license is worth and you have been refunded in full.

And we have done to you what? Nothing.

Ok so you have had the plugin working fine for 2 years, and it stopped working for only one ccTLD on one website, you uninstalled BitDefender and it started working again, then you reinstalled BitDefender and it stopped again?

Sure, please email me at support @ scrapebox.com with your BHW username and i will look in to it. But if it's related to your BitDefender we are pretty limited on what we can do, we can't go circumventing security products.

Hi, i recently purchase the Article scraper addon so i can scrape articles from selected platforms, like scrape keyword articles from wordpress websites but i cant seem to find a way to do this. The video i watched only explain for ezine article, please can you explain to me how i can scrape articles from wordpress or similar blogs.

Also, i think it will be a good thing to have images as features for auto posting to websites.

no temp file. The difference between the old one and the new one is that the old one did not support relative links, where as the new one does. So the new link extractor has the potential to extract a Lot more links then the old one did. That said, it may gain more urls more quickly which can cause it to run out of memory. So just try working with smaller batches. Meaning if you used to load in 20K list, load in 10K or 5K.

Now you can extract all the links from those pages that you were not able to extract before, so while it may seem a pain to load in smaller lists, its because your getting back more urls from the lists then you use to.

Shhh your giving away all my secrets, LOL. Yes I have tested it and it inflates YT views nicely, I have not tested it with inflating the SoundCloud views, but I would "presume" it should be fine. Just use the delay, set it to RND, as I note in the video. Then go to settings and set the RND delay range to whatever you want. If thats not long enough you can manually open the ini file, which is located in your configuration folder - inside your main scrapebox folder - its called scrapebox.ini

Look for:

RndDelayMin=1
RndDelayMax=2

Those numbers on the end are seconds. So if you wanted it to stay on a youtube video for between 2 mins and 5 mins you set it to

RndDelayMin=120
RndDelayMax=300

Now that I told you how to do it, stop giving away my secrets before I have a chance to record a followup video on them and take all the credit for it. HAHA! Just kidding.

P.S. Also once you mod and save the ini file, which you should do with scrapebox CLOSED down - don't go back to the RND menu under settings - else when you go back to it, its likely going to kick you back to within the 1 min time frame and mess up your mod.

To this poster if it's not working you need to put Scrapebox under what's known as safe software if you do this Scrapebox should work without problems occasionally I find antivirus wrongly suggest Scrapebox something bad when in reality all good in general.

ScrapeBox has multiple engines for Google, and these use the time span and date range feature in Google's search options. So you can also use these options in ScrapeBox to return URLs Google has newly indexed within those time ranges.

ScrapeBox does not use the IP address at all for licensing, the license is bound to the operating system so it doesnt matter if you have a dynamic IP address.

The full/premium Expired Domain Finder, I don't use BitDefender but restarting my VPS seems to be working better for the moment
