This is my blog's analytics for three months. Am I growing ? or any suggestions that you can provide.

Check "My Journey" section. People are ranking on Google without building backlinks and it comes organically overtime.

Almost half of your traffic is from Direct, so I assume those hits are coming from your device while you were working on your website. So, it's hard to tell if you're really growing.
Choose 'Organic Traffic' from the segments to see how your site is performing on search engines, or just have a look at Google Search Console.

Keep publishing content, and remember to interlink.
Start guest posting once your website has aged a little bit. In the meantime, focus on basic link building (Q&A, forums, social bookmarks, etc.).
