We have been working with Ascend Viral for a few months now. We took the more expensive package as we wanted the growth strategy and coaching to make our page better with more guidance. The account is growing but the expected increase in speed of growth that was supposed to come after a few months is not really happening. Only when we do give aways there is a faster gain in followers. After 2 months the guidance basically stopped and now they are not responding to my emails at all. On the website I see now that there is only one package available (which is basically what we took but for 197 USD) and we haven't been informed about the price decrease. It started off really well but I don't know what is going on now. @IGKing, please reach out to us. Thank you!
