I totally understand what you are saying but Google is trying to monetize every possible "keyword".The solution is simple... focus on niches and keywords where quick answers won't satisfy the search query.
For example:
- How to potty train a puppy
- Best vacuum cleaners
- Stock market investing guide
- How to defend in FIFA 21
- Dyson V11 review
There are tons of them, and the best part is they are more profitable than search queries that can be satisfied with quick answers.
Keywords like "Best of products" are littered with Shopping Ads, and they end up eating some CTR.
If that's not enough you have Youtube videos in the SERP as well.
And this is happening with most of the keywords.
