Is it easy to beat Pinterest Pages?

I have a simple question for y'all. Was just causally researching on a niche and I stumbled upon 100's of keywords in 'that' niche where there are only pinterest pages ranking and nothing else.

Hardly do I see another site ranking there.

There's one ranking which is like 10 years old, nothing except that.

I purchased an expired domain and it has fairly clean metrics. Was previously used as an English Forum for the same niche that I am targeting

The niche is entertainment if anyone is curious.

I assume it is fairly easy to rank with quality content on a 1 year old (auctioned) domain that I purchased recently in June first week, right?

Anybody has any second thoughts or a different opinion other than this?

Pinterest shouldn't be that hard to outrank,
good content and a decent backlink profile will do the job,
you can simply post a couple of articles and check wherever they settle then decide

That is what eventually I will be doing, just to get a jist of it before hand, so that I can decide my approach as to how to beat those.

Yes that's correct you can in some cases for example purposes let's say you were trying to rank for the keyword of say new york city dogs if you could get web 2.0 with that name on the URL that can in some cases allow you to outrank your other competitors more less instant.

Age does matter in some cases but not always but if you want say older web 2.0 or ones with more history you can use Scraebox to find ones with it giving overall good success at finding high quality web 2.0s most of the time.

Joomla seem strongest but this is a very important part of if you don't renew your subdomain or web 2.0 it can expire so it may prove to much work or annoying if you have lots of them to manage if you can handle that then Joomla great.

Joomla on Scrapebox has more less like unlimited supply for example I have dog one which ranks for like I think 150 keywords which cost me no money to find it overall.

Yes older would better normally or if you can find ones with decent backlinks or ones which rank for keywords then can be do some quite decent rankings boosts for sites kind of like mini pbn for linking boosts if you can find the find the right kinds for them.

strong presence of parasites is usually a sign of easy keywords. definitely better than competing with real sites that are banking off this and will put in the effort to outrank you.

A good thing to look a common practice by Russians is often to get hacked links of websites say Bill gates websites owns such as say Microsoft.com it's a common practice by them to attach Sape or other high quality links to web 2.0 so if you can find some with clearly Russian themed backlinks then quite often they are good quality web 2.0's overall.

I mean the main section. If I search for "'celeb name'+images" on SERPs, Google shows images on main results. If your intention is to find videos, Google shows videos. It depends on the user activity too. For example, if the user searches for something and then goes to Maps tab, then Google starts showing maps on main results. If the users are expecting images when they search something, then writing articles won't be of much help. You need to understand user intent to create content.

Pinterest results are pretty low value.

I don't think Google would prefer to show a Pinterest result unless the keyphrase the searcher is looking for is geared more towards graphic content.

I view Pinterest results as not much different from forum or Quora results.

You should be able to outrank them.

Your focus should be on search intent and, also, how comprehensive your answer is.

So you shouldn't just simply answer the question posed by your search term but also include related questions, so it’s going to be much harder for an alternative page to knock you off because of how comprehensive your content is.
