How to recover Bitcoins without seed phrases?

Hey guys and gals,

Friend of mine is working in electronic waste, he disassembles the hard drives from garbage computers and searches for BTC and other crypto wallets.
He has managed to recover some BTC wallets, but the problem is how to access bitcoins without knowing the seed phrases.
Any ideas or services that may help with such recovery?

why not ringing the owner of the laptop / hard drive and split the profit

finding the seed phrase from same hard drive is the only option left. Tbh, there's no other way possible atm.

He's not going to be able to get into them. Cryptography is strong than your friend.

Good idea but people usually don't live any sensitive data when they throw away computers.
