Same domain name sometimes works for multiple accounts but mostly I prefer to use fresh ones that's safe and better
If account get suspended 1x time, I will do provide replacement, if it's again suspended, then again I can consider the replacement, but mostly the account will be provided with test campaign running to make sure the account are active and strong.. So multiple time suspensions can be only happened for the campaign..
