Payment Gateway urgent help.

Hi guys

basically i run a clothing drop shipping business based in the UK using shopify that has been consistent making 10k a month with highs of 30k a month last year. Recently I've received a-lot of chargebacks due to covid shipping delays, a bug with oberlo that desyncd products and wasn't sending customers their tracking numbers. This wasn't helped with the fact my customer service staff i got from upwork were useless.

Basically i need a payment gateway. Dont suggest PayPal shopify payments or stripe as ive had bad experiences with them and they cant be used.

I have been using Mollie which worked well over that last year until my account got suspended today.

I need a new solution thats okay with a higher dispute rates, i dont mind them holding abit of balance as collateral.

Ive read about redirecting to away from shopify to collect a payment and this could be a good solution but id love suggestions on how to implement this. I could also be open to moving my shopify to wordpress. Basically need urgent help to find a solution and will to pay for any help and expertise in getting my sales going again.

Have you tried Square, they have a pay now button that you should be able to add to your site.
 
Why don’t people share what they think to help others with the same problem than send PM which I am sure could get them in trouble for selling outside the market place.
 
why would customers have to chargeback just because of shipping delay. I think you should be focusing on reducing the number of chargebacks rather than finding a different gateway provider unless you are doing something shady. Post in Hire a freelancer section on this forum if you are looking to hire someone

actually forming a payment agent company would be a solid solution
 
I can help you with a payment gateway, it's 4.5% for every transaction I think, I used it before. it's perfect for MasterCard but sometimes if you have too many chargebacks Visa card will block. If you are interested, you can DM me.

What you mean? Can the processors I'm applying too see my previous chargebacks without me giving that information?

He meant if the chargebacks remain high, then whatever company you choose, they will eventually ban your account.

Thanks for explaining. No chargebacks will be much lower, its been 6 days now really need to get it up and running again. waiting to hear back from like 4 gateways.
