That is mildly successful as resumes do not do well in those kinds of groups... I've played that a few times and the ROI was not worth the time.

They do not have money as they are all out of work so you need to offer something free to them which is what I picked up from offering resumes.

You can make a lot of money from poor people, I learned that from my Father, but you have to make it easy for them as life is not easy for them during their struggles.

15K is not huge but you can set up a lander with CPA offers and welcome new members with a link there.

That translates very well into cash and takes almost no work once you have the landing page set up.
