What happens if I turn it off or set it to 5,10,30...etc
This setting will stop the harvester when the threads drop to a set level, it works on a percentage value. So if you set it to 10% and you are running 100 harvester threads then when the threads drop below 10 it will forcibly stop the harvester.
It's useful in situations where you may have proxies that dont release the connection and cause a couple of lingering threads that wont terminate.
No unfortunately, we did have this feature years ago but found it not worthwhile as Google hard blocks the IP's meaning you cant unblock them by entering a captcha.
Yes, ScrapeBox works with the latest Mac Big Sur release.

Yandex metrics are not working
And the google indexed checker also :
All my proxies are ok
I've just tested both of those features, and they are both working and returning results in the latest version of ScrapeBox which is v2.1.0.21
You could try disabling your proxies and just testing one or two URLs with your own IP to eliminate your proxies as the source of the issue.

Yes my proxies was blocked by Google without proxies I can check the indexing by google which means that the "Google Test Result" gives a bad result
I tested the same with GSA
And for the Yandex Metrics without proxies I have the same problem

When using the Index Checker you are using the site: option to check, advanced operator searches like this are blocked faster then regular plain keyword searches. So it's possible that proxies can work, access Google results for a keyword search but are blocked when trying to perform advanced operators like site: or inurl: etc.
This is why we have multiple options on the Index Checker and you can also use just the URL, the URL in quotes or the site: operator.
Also the Yandex checker is working, if you are not getting results it will be due to your IP being blocked.

You cant scrape from sites which require a username and password and login sorry. Also yes the Link Extractor addon can scrape external links from a page.

I will see what we can do, but do note that a lot of whois these days don't show the owners details and instead show generic registrar data.
Also in the whois scraper addon you can add new TLD's or edit existing TLD's yourself the same way we add them by clicking the "Edit Whois Definitions" button at the bottom of the addon.
It depends on the time of day, but usually a few minutes to a few hours. There are currently no pending license activations or transfers, so if you are not activated please let us know.

It's invaluable for determining if a domain is registered or not. For extracting the actual registered owners details whois is becoming less useful. Some TLD's display a generic whois entry for all domains registered to the TLD, and some domain registrars apply whois privacy by default for free.
Could you add to the content line the condition for the search like this
