Yes I also saw that. Earlier from mobile only ratings are getting live but not from PC. But now only local area reviews are getting live from mobile but not other areas.
Through VPN in a particular area some GMBs reviews are getting live on some it's not.
I think as update is not fully rolled out we can't say anything. Let's wait for it to be fully rolled out.

I tried with many devices, many IPs, many businesses and many locations.
It's random you can't say exactly what's going on. On some businesses of same location it's getting live on some it's not.
With a device it's working on some business and location on some it's not.
Let's wait for the full roll out

It works like this (have tried 3 times today and all 3 live)
Post general words reviews like
"Thanks for the services",
"Excellent Services"
from the Mobile IPs. Don't use keywords or anything related to business names.
After it live you can edit it through your PC.

You need aged Gmail accounts. Fresh, or a few months old accounts usually don't cut it.
Ha-ha-ha - I used my own account which is at least from 2005 or 2006, the time when you can get gmail account only by invitation.
I posted review from that account on fast food GMB and got filtered.
So age is important, but not absolute factor

I buy my aged gmails and use mobile proxies and my reviews are going up as they always have been.

I'm definitely going to invest in some mobile proxies. Seems like those work good.

Google reviews are still not working with full functionality. Your review might have been removed coz of same ip use.
Are your reviews getting up and then getting removed? Or they aren't getting up, getting directly filtered.

After I post the review it gets immediately filtered.
do you think they changed the algorithm and flagged us all working with proxies etc..... or do you think its a bug because auf the update?
and why are only a few people complaining...?
I saw that fresh profiles are having no issues and their 1-2 reviews are sticky right now.
But all above, with 5 or more reviews I have seen, are only from old local guides.... also I didnt see a lot such reviews

What I am assuming is it's a bug. As per Google it was rolled out on 8 April and would take about 2 weeks. So according to that it must end today. But let's hope max 25 April it must be resolved.

I'm in LA, CA and never used any proxies (at least last 6-12 months) or vpns
Have >5-7 real active google accounts, most of them >10 years ago
Yesterday I tried to review one of the local furniture stores with more than 40 reviews in profile. Used my maing. acc (oldest account - Local Guide acc. ) from mobile device.
- My review has been filtered
- Copy pasted the same review and posted from another my account (same mobile device) after 3-4 sec.
Reviews sticked

Same IP, No proxy, both are old active accounts, same mobile device, even didn't remove old review before posting new one

hopefully....
for example, my tests:
fresh account with 1 review immediately after making the account, review stick. residential proxy
did the same today, another account, reviews not stick
there is no pattern
all my old aged accounts, no single review is stick. always same proxy since years.
i dont understand, it has to be a bug. there is no pattern.
