there is some bug with the slow poster timeout. I adjusted the slider to 30 seconds but when I started slow posting, the timeout displays 30 seconds but it jumps to 20 seconds the moment it starts. Hope you can fix this.

Once i am loading my stuff in the fields i am always confused what goes where because i have to hover with the mouse to see what text goes where. You could add some static description to the buttons, like instead of simply "Open" "Open Target Sites" or something. Or simply make GUI a little wider and and add those Descriptions in front?

Furthermore i am getting always confused by the terms "my sites", "your sites", "web sites" "blog-list" etc...wouldn't it be easier to name them "Source Sites" and "Target Sites"..or "My Sites", "Target Sites" or something?

If you have ever manually commented on a blog, you should not find it hard:

Everything lines up same order, the only thing different to manually commenting is the bottom box and that's always the destination sites.

If it's too hard, save your stuff as a project which is one single file and takes about half a second to populate everything by loading a single file. The interface cannot be made bigger just to write that, or it won't fit on 1024x768 res screens.

it would also be nice if we could see the actual footprint syntax being used. Example if we select to scrape Blogengine blogs, it would show us the actual footprint being used so we could have the chance to refine the search.

It's the most basic footprint to get the blogs with open comment forms, if you want to refine it you still can for example.. MovableType blogs, on .edu domains with the keyword backlinks:

If you want to entirely invent your own footprints for BlogEngine, Wordpress or Movable Type and disregard the tools footprints you can do that also just put your custom footprint in the custom footprint box and tick it. The search abilities in ScrapeBox is "more" flexible than Google's own search box.

Users of free proxies especially are urged to enable the "Thorough Comment Mode" in the settings menu.

The new feature to check if a list of URL's are indexed in Google should be pretty self explanatory you just click the "Check Indexed" button. It's a good idea to use proxies when checking large lists.

Hey SF, "Unable to access licensing server or licensing server busy. Please try again in a few minutes" is the error i'm getting with the new 1.9.42 version that just came out... I was using the previous version just 15 minutes ago and i had no licensing problem at all. Might be a bug or something. Since I overwrote the previous file I guess I'll have to wait for a fix! Thx

As i mentioned before, i've got a multi-server failover system that's in totally different geographical location on different backbones.. So it's extremely unlikely you won't be able to connect.

Do you have a firewall or something that may be blocking it? Try moving the scrapebox folder to a different location, or try running the prior version again and see if the different path or file hash "tricks" whatever may be blocking it.

Hey SF, well this is very strange then coz it definitely doesn't work for me. I've tried changing folder but that doesn't do anything. I don't have access to the previous version cause I copied the new version over the old one... I don't know if we have access to the older versions somewhere but if we do I don't know where. The really strange thing is that I was working with the previous version minutes before installing the new one and had no problem at all. If the problem I am experiencing is not related to the new file then that's an incredible coincidence!

When it encounters a 404 blog, it will retry commenting 3 times with another proxy each time which gives far more chance of a working proxy being used which results in more success rates.. Hopefully.

Try with 1.9.43 (Remove duplicates fixed)

Also if you use the built in updater in future, your prior version is retained.

Hi, you tripped the firewall. Any reason you were fucking around in directories and URL's such as:

i have tried commenting manually on a blog and i got the message discarded after i submitted my comment this means i was banned/blacklisted by akemist right?

any ideas on how to get out the blacklist?
