What hosting provider do you use?

Hey there! What hosting providers do you guys use and are you satisfied with it?
I need good hosting for my website (with fast page load speed), so I guess I'll ask here for your experiences with all these hostings.

Please include your experience and recommend me some good hostings.

Stay away from hosting companies owned by EIG Endurance International Group

Here is a list of hosting companies owned by EIG; keep in mind, they are constantly acquiring new companies and this list has not been updated in about 10 months

My experiences? EIG bought out a number of hosting companies that I had accounts with, including HostGator, PowWeb and some others; as soon as EIG tookover, the once great service went to the trash. If your current hosting company get bought out by EIG, then you must MIGRATE IMMEDIATELY!

EIG oversells and under delivers!

Also, stay away from Hostwinds. they bought out at least two hosting companies that I had accounts with and immediately after they migrated the accounts to their network, the services instantly downgraded from GREAT to ghoulish; mind you, there were accounts I had for over eight years with NO issues!

For anything high-traffic or that uses a ton of resources - I always go with Contabo and put CloudFlare in front of it.

Digitalocean is the best imo. Their rates are flexible and most importantly scalable, and they offer many products such as hosted databases. You need some knowledge with setting up servers and things like that, but I got some droplets on DO with 50.000+ MAU on a droplet for $5/mo. and performance is stable. What's not to like? :D

Guys thanks to everyone for your recommendations :)

Namecheap. Ease of use. Never really go to the dashboard since I don't really run into issues!

I am using EasyWP (Namecheap wordpress hosting) cheap and fast, would recommend. Does not require any skill, you can get help in live chat, and they legit do anything for you.

I’ve been using IONOS and Namecheap. Reason I chose them is because how cheap they are. So far haven’t had any issues but we’ll see how it goes when I get more traffic

I'm using Namecheap for all of my domains and I'm super satisfied with the service. I'm seriously thinking about getting Namecheap hosting also, but I'll have to think about it ;)
Thanks guys tho.

Wow, thank you for this long list and for sharing your experience. I guess I'll definitely stay away from those hosting providers mentioned.

Digital Ocean has like a $100 trial for 2 months, during this trial, you are not restricted to a limit of droplets created, but the $$ range which was up to $25, unless you request higher. (I'll explain why I didn't bother a bit afterwards).
In that 2 months, I made like about 20+ droplets, tested each them thoroughly, stressed them, even crashed a few servers.
After I was done, I deleted them, so they charged me pennies (from the $100 credit) for the days/weeks I used it.
My end-thoughts were, $12 droplets were the best value for $.
A good entry level point, where you can have quite a bit of concurrent users without your server crashing.

I see DO as more of a entry to mid level hosting, so you have a big site & a higher budget/$20 and above, you might as well go ahead and swap to WPX, as it is superior & it comes with CDN.

Sounds like Digital Ocean is one of the better (if not the best) hosting between price and value you're getting ratio. One thing I'm not familiar with - what are these "droplets" you guys keep mentioning? Thanks!

am I the one using aws here?
The best for me with digital ocean actually.

I've been using namecheap to host my landing pages for 6 years now and I've never ran into any issues.

I've been using HostWithLove and they have been way better than Hostinger (my previous host).

I've been using Hostinger hosting before (actually, my plan is still active I think, but I don' use it) but the page load speed is terrible even after doing all of the optimization...

Yeah, I highly suggest trying out HostWithLove. The plans are incredibly affordable as well.
