You can re-write the content with your own words plus adding some additional knowledge and experience from your side so the article has value, I can say you will write even more comprehensive content, I also implementing this strategy on my blog

Then try to do 2 article a week then 3 article a week.

Run the original source url through an SEO tool to find the keywords its ranking for

Pick the lowest difficulty keyword and rewrite around that - keep the other keywords for LSI context

Interlink using lower difficulty keywords

Of course, your rewrite must be of higher quality and more engaging than the original

Why dont you hire a writer for fresh contents, if you still want to rephrase the contents, you can use spinners. But I will not at all recommend to do so, create less content but create quality. It will pay you much more than this.

One quick way is to read the content thoroughly then quickly OUTLINE THE MOST IMPORTANT POINTS as you best remember

Then you read the content again after reading the outlined points several times

Quickly 'fill in' each outline item in your own words from memory

It's gonna be rough at first but once you get the hang of it, you can crank out lots of quality content this way

The key is to avoid word for word rewriting

Do the following instead
- focus on THEMES and IDEAS
- pack as much info into your content as possible
- be engaging

With enough practice you can use this technique to get info from multiple sources to create SUPERIOR articles (ie., more info and more updated than your sources since you're pulling from several other top sources)

To push yourself, use the POMODORO technique for each of the steps above
