Recently I came across Rarible platform where you can showcase, buy or sell NFTs. Even domain names can be listed to sell on this platform.

Now, I have a crypto related domain (virtualcoin . co . uk) that I have listed on Dan. So, will it be a good idea to list the domain as NFT or should I keep it on Dan?

I am not much knowledge about how NFT works, hence need your suggestion. I just know that NFT is a trending topic now.

I think you as domain name owner, who is willing to get domain name sold can place that as on many as possible marketplaces.
I'm sure that is not forbidden.
Perhaps that will help you to sell domain name faster.

That doesn't make sense. The owner of the domain is whoever has it on their registrar account. Owning an NFT for it does literally nothing.

OP, pay attention ^^

People can get a bit caught up in the hype surrounding NFTs and forget they're just a unique token on the ETH blockchain.. that's literally it.

You can sell and buy token of domain name but not the actual domain name. The person whose name is on registrar hold all rights to the domain name.
For example if you consider a domain name as a cow, its token would be its fart.

I can sell Google.com NFT and some idiots may buy it but It has no value because my signature is under it But If Lary page sell it, It would worth millions of dollars because he is the rightful owner of it and his signature goes on it.

Who would be willing to own the nft if the domain gets sold to someone else, and why would someone need the nft if they own the domain themselves?
