We subscribed on the 17th of February to Ascend Viral with one of our accounts. We chose the turbo package or 299 usd per month because we were specifically interested in Premium Support ,Customized Growth Strategy, Personalized Hashtag Research, Professional Coaching & Advice. We filled out all the info online the same day, we did include a few questions that we had so we could answer the questions in the best way possible for the account growth, we started working with them because we can't to it on our own and needed guidance. Our account manager send us an email the next day that all was good. We started posting daily as suggested. Then after 4 days he messaged us similar questions than we already answered before. The questions asked that we filled in before weren't answered, so we still didnt know if we were going in the best direction. But we felt like we were going no where if we would ask the same questions again. So we just guessed the answers and spend 4 hours giving all the answers. Now, almost 2 weeks after signing up we still did not receive a growth strategy. Our account manager said yesterday that we would get it in 48 hours, so we are optimistic. There is some activity on the account, followed around 500 new people but not many follow back. At this moment we feel like we have lost 2 weeks already and we don't know if choosing the Turbo package that cost more was worth it. However we have hope for our growth strategy and hope that we really get started now. We know to see growth it takes time, we just imagined we would have a little more guidance and would have liked to have our questions answered so we could give more accurate information to them to make our growth strategy. We will give an update in 2 weeks, we hope that by then we will be as excited about this service as others. Kind regards, Milou & Frances
