A question about plagiarism and indexing

Hi guys, newbie here...
So I have a question about plagiarism and indexing, I see some sellers offering expired articles that don't get detected as plagiarised.
My question is: if I took new articles that did not index yet and put them on my site and index them before the original website, will this mean I am considered the original poster of these articles in google AdSense's eyes?

I'm recommending to not play with google it is serious guy.
I started project with expired articles only about 6 months ago and it was penalised after 4 months hard work! they marked them as scraped content... they are not fools so be carefully.
