Hello @extracard can you please explain how i can withdraw funds from my account? In the FAQ it says to use a service such as Card2Card but that company is out of the question for me as it has to credibility for me. Can you please give some clarity on any alternative services to use to withdraw some funds? specifics would be nice thank you!

It makes no difference which accounts you want to add our card to.
Hello, unfortunately for security reason, we cannot provide withdraws through us, just too many instances of fraud and users with shady intentions, with that said, there are multiple card2card payment services on the market with different commissions, jurisdictions etc. By doing a simple search on Google for example, I'm sure you can compare them and find an optimal solution that fits your needs.Hello @extracard can you please explain how i can withdraw funds from my account? I see. But there have been other extracard users who have been charged a fee like 5,000 rubles or something of that sort for using the cards on other services. How will i know that i wont get those charges from extracard by using the cards to transfer amounts to a different service?

Could you explain what the difference between a card 2 card service and using the card as a credit card to purchase something? the terminology of card2card is mainly/only used by russian companies

Hey, we do not charge any fees after the top-up commission, so such commissions have to be on the merchant's side, the only reason our bank would deduct funds from your account is if they notice suspicious activity, that's why we recommend to use our cards on marketing platforms to run ads and not purchasing goods from Amazon, eBay etc.
A card2card service is a type of platform that allows you to transfer funds from one card to another( different banks, countries) , for such transaction they usually deduct a commission( the % depends on the service).
Hello, you will have to be more specific on which subscription platforms, our cards are mainly used for affiliate marketing.

What if the ad account is banned? The card is lost for FB or do you supply a replacement?

Hey, if an ad account is marked by Facebook, high probability that the card will be marked as well, that's why for our BH clients we created a subscription business model, where you pay monthly 6900 rur( roughly $100) and each replacement is 690 rur( roughly $10).
