Hello All,

Some of my Keywords have a medium competitive keyword/topic - others are all low comp

However I plan to rank for these as much as possible and I'm willing to risk- so I wrote Pillar Articles for them -

All averaging 8K words - did my best to have no fluff and all useful for the audience - it took me a whole day per Pillar Article omg

Here to ask, what's your longest article ever written personally? And tips on writing faster? I tried voice dictation -it is fast I give it that but it doesn't work well with my work process.

Thanks,
Josh

Use ahrefs for ideas it’ll help I have seen people write 10k plus and beyond

I plan to target high comp keywords with tons of useful content after I start ranking this baby - I still haven't published any articles - finishing my writing list first.

Website is hosted with theme tho - but flooded with Lorem Ipsum

10,000 words for me - given my average is 1750 it was... a lot.

Find the sweet spot that ranks for your niche and repeat it.

7,399.. took two weeks of constant work, but was an in-depth piece with a good amount of research involved.

I think it was 3000 words.

At one point(in the beginning) , I wrote a lot. Literally, I wrote all day and never had scarcity of any work. Now things have changed. I moved to more rewarding methods.

5K. Content writing had always been a tedious task.
Grammarly helps a lot.

Not on an article but last year I wrote a guide/writeup for my business that ended at just under 15k words, it was not fun! For efficiency, I find it's just a simple case of getting into a rhythm. I normally listen to rap/hip hop but listening to quiet classical music really helped me work extremely fast without distractions.

Long-form articles can be transcendent at times!

Is it fun writing them? For the most part, no.. but just think about all of that money!

I suppose thinking about all of those potential sales and room for organic growth is more ideal though :p

I always wrote article words more than competition article words. I never got more than 10K words.
