Starts from 0.1% for both maker and taker. If you have BNB tokens, then they reduce to 0.075%.

BTC is overvalued now. Better wait until it drops further; around ~34K as we speak.

Life not this simple.

You'd have fees on the platform you showed you have to pay. Then you've got trading fees on Binance. Then you've got withdrawal fees. Then you've got slippage on Binance. Then you've got market fluctuations.
