Hi, I'm trying to log in to my Instagram, but it says your account was compromised, change password. I can't change the password, because I registered with a Facebook account, I don't know my old password, Facebook automatically choosed a password. I can't enter forgot my password, Instagram directs me to your account was compromised page.

Try changing the Facebook password by using the 'forget password' option, you should get an email to reset the password hoping you still have access to that email.

Once done, that should allow you to directly login to Instagram again.

when I try to do that, it says link sent to your email v*****h@q******.xyz, I don't know what is this, I have no email like this.

Did it got stolen? Did u use an easy Password? Did u use the same password for other sites/services on the net?

not stolen, I don't know the password, I tried every password that I know, but non of them works. I tried to use facebook password, but not worked.

If you can't remember your password, you can reset it using your email address, phone number or Facebook account. If you're not able to reset your password this way, open the Instagram app for additional help.
